Cannot send email: SASL login name rejected

Hello Everyone,

Since couple of day I cannot send email through the thunderbird client, each time I have this error :

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: ¨Recipient name¨<¨Recipient mail¨> (554 - 554 5.7.1 <"my mailbox.org email">: SASL login name rejected: Access denied)

I use email app password, but it didn't work...

maybe same issue?

but my account is not hacked, and didn't send spam....

any solution?
