Polish diacritics not working in Drive Documents

Hi,

This one is weird. When I type Polish diacritics (ą, ę, ś, ć, ż, etc.) in Drive documents, they appear on screen but are effectively ignored by the editor. First, whenever I type one and then press another key, the cursor jumps back to the position before that character. Second, when I save the document, the diacritics are not saved at all when I reload it, they are missing. It does not happen when I copy paste them, but only when I write, so there is some problem with how they are intercepted and displayed. Is this a known bug?
