Audriga migrate Google Workspaces -> Mailbox.org broken

Attempting to select the Audriga migrate Google Workspaces to Mailbox.org is broken when selected from the mailbox.org site (image 1)

However, opening a new browser tab to audriga.com and selecting the free "last 10 days of data" option allows the same selection just fine:

and the migration also appears to run (after running through the painful Audriga notes on setting up the Google Workspace side) - just waiting on the results :)

is this a mailbox.org setup issue or an Audriga one?
