Why is the English and Deutsch user forum mutually exclusive?

I was trying to find an old problem topic thread in the Maibox user forum on"userforum-en.mailbox.org" and I couldn't find it. I was certain I commented but nothing is seen in my profile page (top right link).

Then I realize that the English and Deutsch version of the user forum is separated, and the threads are not shared. I was looking for these two posts that only exist in the Deutsch version of the forum:

Even my profile is different on English vs Deutsch.

Is there any reason for that? Can all the topics between the two be shared? I think the segregation makes it bad for improving the service as a whole and also for people to get help on issues that are only seen in one language and not the other. I want to make a suggestion to combine the threads together so there's more coverage.
