Half of the UI string are displayed in german, and I don't speak german, some other parts are displayed in english, it's a total mess...
I already tried to clear my browser cache.

Unfortunately I have to agree. As a reseller I'm feeling held back because of this. At the beginning there is also a welcome mail sent in German. Also some pages always default to German and you'll have to change language. Some pages don't even have a language slug prefix in the url so you never know what language the user will see when sharing a link.
