can't make new appointment

Hello! Recently I encountered an issue with adding a new calendar appointment within the Web-calendar. When clicking on 'New appointment' or double clicking on the calander itself, the pop-up windows for a new appointment appears for 0,5 seconds and then disappears again. I'm not able to make a new appointment that way.

Did someone else encoutered this as well and do you have a solution?

It works fine for me.. i don't know, you should try opening a ticket.

Use the "support"-tab on top of this screen to create a support ticket.

Same issue, brand new account.

Solution:

Click "Settings" (top-right gear button)

Choose: All Settings...

Select "General"

Scroll down a bit, and click on "Language & Time zone"

I changed to:

  • Language: English (United States)
  • Time format: 09:00
  • Date format: 29-01-2025
  • Number format: 1.234,56
  • First day of the week: Monday

Reload the page.
