cannot reset password

I have entered my recovery e-mail and phone number via settings/security/etc, but when I test this by logging out and trying to 'reset password', I get the message, ' it appears that we neither have an alternative e-mail, mobile phone number.......we are unable to perform an automatic password reset.


Why is Mailbox not registering my account recovery details?

Hello Charles,

we just checked this and it seems that there are no reset methods in your account. This is the reason, why the reset does not work. Please get in touch with our helpdesk, so they can assist you in this special case. You can reach our helpdesk here https://support.mailbox.org.
