Created new account, account stays inactive

I created a new business account last Saturday, but I cannot log in. The message on the admin interface is "You cannot log in yet, as we are currently reviewing your order.".

How long does it take before I can start using mailbox.org?

Hello Martin,

thank you very much for your message. I'm very happy that you chose mailbox as your e-mail-service. As part of our onboarding process, we have attempted to contact you by phone. The call is necessary for the onboarding process. If we are not able to reach you, we can't go on with the process. Our supporters will try to reach you again today. Until then I ask for a little more patience.
