Account deactivated despite valid payment

Hello,


Today (19/03/2026) my account (felipe.blazquez@mailbox.org) was automatically deactivated with the message "insufficient funds for renewing your subscription."


However, on 17/02/2026 I received an order confirmation from mailbox.org confirming:

- Plan: LIGHT

- Price: €1.00/month

- New contract term: 19.03.2026 → 19.03.2027


I also previously received automated low-credit warning emails, which I reported via a support ticket, but received no response.


I have the order confirmation email as proof of payment. This appears to be a billing system error on mailbox.org's side.


Is there any way to escalate this to the support team directly? I cannot find a contact form or support email accessible without being logged in.

Hi Felipe,

thank you for your message. I have checked this and it seems that we have not received any money. Please keep in mind that an order confirmation is not a confirmation or proof of paymnt, it's just a confirmation that you have ordered the service.

I have unlocked your account so you can use it again. Plase get in touch with us to clarify the details of your payment. Please send us the data of your payment, so we can investigate this further.
