Support portal broken

Opened a ticket in the support portal and it was apparently created successfully but I cannot see it, see attached image. Please advice

Hi Christopher,

thank you for your message. I can see on your screenshot that you tried to create the ticket on a mobile device. Unfortunately it's not possible to create tickets from a mobile device, if you haven't created a ticket on a desktop before that. We are working on a fix for that and you should have been shown a warning that the creation of a ticket is not possible. I will forward this to our administrators, so they can fix it.

In the meantime, please either create a ticket via desktop or send an e-mail to helpdesk@mailbox.org. We will look into the matter as fast as possible.

FYI: I did not receive any warning and the mobile site confirmed successful creation via a green banner.
