Are "Junk" and "Spam" folders the same?
Answered
Hello, I just noticed that there is a folder called "Spam" in the Mailbox.org online email page. But when configuring the spam filters, it will offer to move them to the "Junk" folder, which is nowhere to be seen. My Thunderbird, that I have linked via IMAP to my Mailbox account, also shows a "Junk" folder and no "Spam" folder.
Is the "Spam" folder supposed to be the same as the Junk" folder? If so, can you please make this more obvious?
Thanks in advance.

Dear Emre Evci and Defiant Mistave,
thanks for your request!
"Junk" in the settings refers to the "Spam" folder in the mailbox webmailer. For technical reasons, this cannot be changed easily, but we will open a request for our Product Management to address this.
Kind regards
Your mailbox Team
