Has anyone replied to this question? It seems to have been posted a year ago. I am having the same issue. I have recently transitioned from Windows to Linux and I am no longer using Teams (which enabled me to have my own background to video calls for the past 7 years).
Can we use our own background image please?

currently, it is not possible to customise the background picture in OpenTalk/mailbox Meet. You can only select a background picture from the array currently available.
There are plans to implement this in the future. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot provide you with a specific timeframe at this moment.
