Can't access new account

I just created a new email address
The mailbox was not loading, saying: "Some mandatory configurations have not been loaded. (namespace)"

I searched here to find a solution and someone said it was due to not having any money on my account so I went to https://login.mailbox.org/en/reactivate and I added € 30 00 to my account for a yearly membership.

I refreshed the page and now it is still giving me the error "Some mandatory configurations have not been loaded. (namespace)" and I cannot access the email.
I try to select a plan and it says I can't select a plan as its already selected.

Can anyone help? I am worried I just threw my money into the wind :o

Problem solved - I just needed to clear the browser cache. oops lol
