Not receiving emails

I've just created my account on mailbox and I've set up an external alias. Everything worked out well, I then defined this external alias as my main email and I'm being able to send email through it. But I've tried sending emails to this external alias from another account, and I'm not receiving the emails in my inbox, neither in the spam.

Can you help me?

Hello Marine,

thanks for posting your question!

A colleague from our Support team already replied to your ticket. You cannot receive emails with your domain because the DNS settings of the domain are missing the MX records that specify the mail servers that handle incoming emails.
