Problem with sending encrypted emails

Hi all
I seem to have a problem with sending encrypted emails using the temporary mailbox feature for the recipients. I have tried it with three different recipients and got the same time out error message every time, where the message is stuck for a while before ultimately declaring failure. I have tried it from both my Mac and iPhone with the same outcome.
Have anyone else experienced something like this?

We have already reported a problem with Guard to Open XChange and are currently looking into it. The error behavior we're seeing in our tests is slightly different. Could you please let us know exactly what the error message says on your end?

I just tried sending an encrypted email to three different recipients and I think I got the same error. This is a screenshot of the error I am seeing/getting.
Hopefully somebody from support may be able to take a look at it.
