Auto forward not functional

Hello. I signed up this afternoon and am planning to take personal subscription for 1 yr. Before I signed up, I wanted to test out some features. One key or very critical feature is to set up auto forward of some incoming mails to an external email id and also move that particular email id to a particular folder within my folder. None of the above auto forward features worked when i tested by sending an email from another email id and put in conditions of auto forwarding to another email id. Tried out twice but didn't work. That typically will decide if I want to explore Mailbox.org further or not. Do all the features work when we sign up or should we be subscribing to fully use all the features. If not satisfied with the features available, can we seek cancellation of subscription and refund of payment within a stipulated period. Please advise.

I'm subscribed to the Standard plan and can confirm it's possible to auto-forward certain incoming mails to a different address.

The rule in the attached screenshot applies to all incoming mail from gmail.com, keeps a copy and then forwards it to some other address (■■■■■@t-online.de).

Thanks for the reply.

I do think the rules I set, especially the conditions & actions are correct as I had the same rules with Outlook for years. However, with mailbox.org, none of the sub rules and actions worked including moving the mail to a certain folder after forwarding to an external service provider. The incoming mail just sat in the inbox.

One possible reason is that I haven't yet subscribed to standard plan and still under 30 days period as I opened the account today.

While there seems to be a restriction on number of emails which can be sent externally in the 30 days period, it isn't clear if rules set up for auto forward to an external service provider will work or not.
