requested downloads problem
Five days ago I replied to issue [MAILBOX-64413](https://help.mailbox.org/servicedesk/customer/portal/15/MAILBOX-64413) but did not get a reply.
My question remains:
- I received an email that I have to change my subscription. I would like to archive old emails and continue with a smaller subscription than I now have.
- Your backup/download function doesn't work. The download request doesn't offer an archive.
- A month ago, you said you have submitted a request to your software vendor to fix this problem. I haven't heard anything since
- You don't offer another way to download my old email
- But chaning my subscription to store all my current email, would triple the fees. I feel I am forced to upgrade significantly just to keep my old email because I can't archive them
I'm happy with Mailbox.org, but I don't want to triple my monthly fee just because you can't help me archive my stuff.
Please tell me how you propose to solve this issue?
