Timeline for resuming paused (beta) features
Hi mailbox.org,
I have 3 team accounts that right now have different features enabled across them. Listing the accounts and the features, my team currently looks like this:
- new UI; login 2.0; TOTP.
- old UI; login 2.0; TOTP.
- old UI; old login; OTP
For the account that is still stuck on the old login, I cannot enable login 2.0: you've announced that the rollout of this feature has been paused.
For the accounts that are still stuck on the old UI, I cannot enable the new UI: the login 2.0 account mentions that the feature is not available for team accounts; the old login account makes no mention of the feature at all.
For the account that is still stuck on OTP, there is no option to configure TOTP.
The new features are a very welcome improvement to the existing offering. In aligning to the same functionalities, I therefore have a strong preference for moving my accounts forward, and not backwards.
While I understand that the new features are in development and / or their rollout is gradual, it has been months now since my accounts have been stuck in this messy and, frankly, uncomprehensible state. This is becoming frustrating to deal with.
Do you have a timeline in which you expect to resume the rollout of the mailbox.org suite, login 2.0 and TOTP features?
