Unable to use KSieve for Sieve rule editing
Proposed
For some reason KDE "Sieve Editor" does not work. If I remember correctly, it was possible to use it (or any other sieve-compatible) editor to connect at port 4190 and edit rules from a comfortable interface.
Was this functionality deprecated?

No, it wasn't. I use sieve-manage (Emacs). What error do you get? But using an external editor can cause issues with OX (Rules).

Unfortunately, KDE Sieve Editor is rather mute. There is no `--verbose` and it doesn't show any errors / warnings in the GUI. The "available scripts" column just continuously refreshing as indicated by the spinning cog.
I appreciate that this isn't exactly helpful...
