Possible to request info of e-mails I didn't receive due full quota?

Due a problem with topping up my credits when the price changes kicked in, my account ran out of funds for a week, I know it's not possible to retrieve the e-mails that were unable to come in during that period, but I'll like to know if it's possible to know if there were any e-mails trying to be sent to my address or to request info on which addresses tried to send e-mails to me during that period?
