There is no indication of how to file tickets/issues on the main site

(This was posted as a ticket at help.mailbox.org under general questions. I wasn't sure where to put it, because I thought it was a bug, but I thought it unlikely the mailbox.org staff would agree. Anyway, I'm not sure where it fits here, so feel free to recategorize.)


When I log into mailbox.org, the url shows as office.mailbox.org. This is presumably the default, since I have never set it. The precise URL is https://office.mailbox.org/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/portal&storeLocale=true.

And there is a ? tab on the right, with ”Help” as the first item in the dropdown. But there is nothing in that tab, or anywhere else on that site, that has any indication of how to file tickets/issues. In every other similar site I have seen, there is a link to tickets/issues.

It seems that for mailbox.org, one needs to file tickets at help,mailbox.org. But there is no indication of this on the site. One has to do a search to get any indication that help,mailbox.org is the correct place to go.

And on a related theme, there is no option to search the online help from this page. There should be something like that. Again, that’s a really common feature on a lot of sites.

In order to see the link to the helpdesk tool, please proceed as follows:

1. go to mailbox.org

2. click on "support" on the top

3. this leads to https://kb.mailbox.org/en/private

4. scroll down and click on "visit helpdesk" on the right

It doesnt work - it asks to login. When entering your credentials, it says id/password incorrect!!!

How to submit a ticket? could we have that option in the settings menu??
