Can't send test email through nextcloud smtp

Everything is properly setup on nextcloud side, however no matter what I try I get this:

535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6
```
And I'm getting some errors in log on mailbox side (attached image)

I think the error in the screenshots are unrelated. What app do you use in Nextcloud for reading/sending e-mails? Can you send e-mail with a desktop mail user agent (e.g. Thunderbird)? Or do you use it for sending Nextcloud notifications only?
Make sure that the password is correct and if you use OTP check OTP Security Level in Settings -> mailbox.org -> One Time Passwords (you have to select: Web Service OTP, other Services password).
