Bouncing emails from simplelogin aliases

In the last week, critical emails from my financial institutions have bounced. SimpleLogin asks me to create a filter for SimpleLogin domains, but I don't see an option to do that. I've also chosen the more open SMTP filter option.

SimpleLogin usage is critical to my email usage. Anyone having similar issues? Can anyone from Mailbox.org comment on this? I cannot have these emails continuously bouncing.


EDIT: I've added mail filters via Settings -> Mail -> Filter Rules, but not sure this will resolve the issues. Will report back if this allows delivery.

hey, i've actually resolved this. I was recently playing around with my DNS settings and likely reset my DNS records for email. after walking through mailbox.org's KB for setting up DNS records, I no longer have bouncing issues.

Too little information. What sender domain? Maybe a issue with SimpleLogin and SRS? Does it work if you send yourself an e-mail from an external account?
