How to add functional email accounts

Hi, for a small association, I would like to setup shared mailboxes. I managed to create a new email box which can be shared to a group of team members and the team members are able to read the mail and move the email to specific folders.

Next feature I would like to setup, is to enable team members to reply on these emails with the generic email address and that the email they sent, is also added to the Sent folder.

When checking the help function, there is a reference to functional email accounts

Depending on the configuration, the administrator can assign a functional email account to you, for example support@example.com.

This exacts describes the use case I would like to setup however unfortunately I can't find the option anywhere where to assign these functional email accounts.

Is this feature available in the standard subscription for private customers?
