Cannot find services/newsletter when I go to my settings

Trying to sign up for the security newsletters but my settings list does not include services/newsletter
The same question

Are you saying that Settings (gear wheel symbol) -> Settings -> mailbox.org -> Services -> Newsletter is missing?
