The email sort function is totally broken

Has anybody else noticed this?
The only sort filter that works properly is to sort by date. When you select other sort options like 'from' and 'subject' it won't work; everything ends up in a random order. I use these sort functions regularly with my email client and everything works as expected, so I know it is a mailbox.org issue.
Anybody else seen this? I made a bug ticket, but haven't heard back yet.

I can confirm that. 'subject' is not sorted properly. 'from' works for me. Also marker (flag/star).
