"Error: No translation possible" when trying to create an alias

I tried to create additional aliases during testing period via your web page settings. I could create the 1st alias but with the 2nd the same error "No translation possible" as mentioed above appears. I tried with different aliases without success.

Is it because of a bug or restrictions of the test period? As far as I know 3 aliases are free for testing.

I'm seriously thinking that this service will be nothing but a problem. If they are incapable of answering a simple question from 15 users after three months, what hope do we have of resolving time critical issues?

Even though our team reads along here normally and tries to answer many things immediately and publicly, this is not a structured support process and questions here do not lead to support tickets.


We cannot reproduce the problem mentioned above without a concrete example. We would be very happy to get to the bottom of it and fix the missing translation (if it hasn't already been done), but to do so we need a case that we can understand (user, date/time, attempted alias).
