"Error: No translation possible" when trying to create an alias

I tried to create additional aliases during testing period via your web page settings. I could create the 1st alias but with the 2nd the same error "No translation possible" as mentioed above appears. I tried with different aliases without success.

Is it because of a bug or restrictions of the test period? As far as I know 3 aliases are free for testing.

I'm seriously thinking that this service will be nothing but a problem. If they are incapable of answering a simple question from 15 users after three months, what hope do we have of resolving time critical issues?

This is a user forum - by users for users.


Even though our team reads along here normally and tries to answer many things immediately and publicly, this is not a structured support process and questions here do not lead to support tickets.


We cannot reproduce the problem mentioned above without a concrete example. We would be very happy to get to the bottom of it and fix the missing translation (if it hasn't already been done), but to do so we need a case that we can understand (user, date/time, attempted alias).

18 people have now reported this problem/bug - I would have thought that was sufficient to indicate there was an issue. The error message is also unhelpful, to say the least.

Hello,

thank you for your message. Since your account is still in the testing phase, it is not possible to create more than one alias. We communicate this when during registration. So this is not a bug or problem. As soon as an account is paid, it is possible to add more aliases. Unfortunately we had to implement these safeguards due to spammers misusing our services.
