Sent to the same address as usual, still not credited.

I tried to open a ticket but the service desk doesn’t seem to be working

Hi Sierra, did you try to open a ticket at https://support.mailbox.org and it didn't work? If so, maybe try another browser and/or disable some add-ons and please have another try. See also:

I’m trying from my iphone using firefox and safari. It says that it successfully created the ticket but the ticket count is zero. ( should be like 5 at this point)
