OpenTalk: no microphone input from bluetooth headsets?
Published
Sometimes when I invite people for an OpenTalk call, none of their audio is transmitted even though they are unmuted. (OpenTalk recognises this, displaying the red warning symbol in the upper left-hand corner.) Most recently someone managed to fix this by switching from their bluetooth headset to the built-in microphone. This user had a Macbook, but I don't know which browser.
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
I have experienced the same many times the end users (guests) cannot use the speaker/mic in their device to hear the voice of the host or other guests (especially when they are using mobile phone to login), when using computer the situation is better. i think there is hardware compatibility issue (phone browser issue?) in using smartphones.
