What's the best way to filter to a 'catchall' folder

I dont want to have to manually add all my emails, but I can also see this not properly matching mailing lists for emails I want in my main inbox. I want specifically other names@ my domain.com to filter to another folder
I like this idea

Real-time notifications may not work
Do you mean that you want a filter-possibility to identify those e-mails that were delivered to me only because of the catch-all alias?
