filters not working, subject 'contains', 'matches', 'exists' all dont match

Simply trying to create custom spam or otherwise filters, I tried all 3 to match 'privacy policy' in the subject, and none match, unless I only put 'privacy policy' in the subject and 'is exactly' for matching.
edit: it would appear you can not match multiple 'or' matches, only one per filter rule
The same problem

No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
It took me way too long to figure this out, but if you want "or" matching, you need to change this in the dropdown.
