Does support ever look at accounts and provide custom answers?

All I get in response to my questions are links to help articles. I have specific questions about MY account and amounts I NEED to pay. In response I get a link https://kb.mailbox.org/en/private/payment-article/how-to-pay. I know how to pay.

They do not have any good support for this company. I had one small issue and it took 4 days to reply and got a rude response. Even the reply to email support is broken.
