Ticket creation impossible: missing 'group_id'
Solved
As the title implies, when trying to submit a ticket, i get the error that the value for 'group_id' is missing.
Which is great, because you cant create a ticket about it!

thank you for your post. We had an issue with the rights-management, but this has been fixed, and you can open tickets again.
