Using Jabber service with my own domain

I had already linked the custom domain that I want to use with my Mailbox.org mail account before reading this article. Then, I've set the DNS records of my domain the way that I was supposed to do in light of the information given in the text behind the link shared. Now, it's written that I need to tell you the custom domain I want to use with your Jabber service so that you can configure things out, but unfortunately I cannot create a ticket regarding to this issue, due to the problem that another user seems to encounter with, as well, in the system: https://userforum-en.mailbox.org/topic/2011-ticket-creation-impossible-missing-group_id
That makes me wonder if creating a ticket this way is the right way of contacting you on this particular matter. If that's the case, it seems I need to wait for the "group_id" bug being fixed.
I'm still a newbie here trying to figure things out, so please forgive me if it's not the right place to ask this question. Thanks for your input anyway!
