Trouble with e-mail delivery from gateway

Dear mailbox team and community,
I have a tiny SMTP server without any IMAP storage that runs a gateway for a separate domain with e-mail for me, that forwards it to Mailbox.
Sadly, it seems to struggle with delivering the mail sometimes, see attached e-mail example.
Is there any way that I can possibly solve this?
I already tried to configure the spam settings such that other than downright implausible SMTP it's all disabled, see attached spam settings. And the SMTP should be plausible, given my own gateway should have SPF and reverse IP lookup properly set. Therefore I'm a bit lost as to what is going on

Any update on this? The regular support team rejected me asking about this, but obviously I kind of need e-mail delivered. This is the entire point of having a mailbox address.
