I'm trying to understand how much it would be for my family to join mailbox.org.
We're 10 people. Can I create a STANDARD main account and then have LIGHT accounts for the other users but still use a custom domain? The knowledge base is not too clear about that but in the pricing overview it says custom domains for LIGHT are only available for team members.

Just received confirmation that it is possible

I sign up as STANDARD

I set up my custom domain

I create my own email alias using the custom domain

I create STANDARD accounts for each of the team members using my custom domain

I change the other team members' accounts to LIGHT

Hi,

thank you for your post. Yes, you can use the LIGHT-package with your own domain in a team-account. This is the exception because usually LIGHT-accounts can have custom domains. The only condition is that the main account has a PREMIUM- or STANDARD-package. So if if you have for example 1 STANDARD-account for 3€ and 9 LIGHT-accounts for 1€ each, your total would amount to 12€ per month. Please keep in mind that we do offer a discount for STANDARD-accounts, but not for LIGHT-accounts, if you pay for one year.
