Ox drive goes directly to pause on Mac

I try to sync my files from a Mac book but OX files goes directly to paused and I have no other options. I've tried to un-install and install it a couple of times also tried to remove all OX- files from my computer but still doesn't work. In the desktop version of mailbox I can see my old synced files.
Any ideas?

Problem solved. We searched via Terminal and found three files e.g. com.openxchange.drive.macos.OXDrive
and then needed to give Terminal full disk access. After this, we could remove the files and set up the sync again.
