How is Mailbox.org in terms of email deliverability?

I am currently using MS 365, but would like to move away from it to something more privacy-focused for my psychology practice. I've been pleasantly surprised during my trial of Mailbox.org and it has most of what I need, but I'm curious about other people's experience of their emails ending up in the recipient's spam folder. Deliverability is extremely important for me, so if it's hit or miss or if there are frequent issues, I will unfortunately need to stay with Microsoft.

I know how important it is to configure SPF, DMARC, DKIM, etc correctly, but I've experienced problems with other services even when everything is configured correctly.

Any thoughts and experience with this would would be greatly appreciated.
