Where do I find DNS help with Squarespace
Proposed
Hi folks,
I am trying to set up a newsletter through Squarespace and therefore want to connect my e-mail address as sender. I need to find the DNS and just can't.
Can anybody help me how to proceed, where to find the relevant data?
Thanks!

Disclaimer: Not an employee/representative of mailbox.org, just a passerby that thought your problem was interesting. Also, don't know if you've already found a solution to your problem considering the 20 day gap. Please update if you've found a solution.
I've found these three articles that seem relevant:
The second link above seems to imply that you don't really need to do any extensive setup, simply enter the email address from which you want your newsletters to appear to be coming from, and then in the next step verify that email belongs to you via a standard verification email method.
In addition, you'll need to verify your domain separately (seems like this is optional, though considering how up-in-arms email providers are about filtering out spam, you might need this to get your emails through filters), which is what the article in the third link seems to be dealing with.
Domains from Squarespace are automatically verified, and in case you are using another domain provider (which I'm assuming you are), the third link above has instructions.
In either case, I don't think there is much more to do on the email end - on mailbox.org - and instead seems to be just info you need to find on your domain provider's domain management dashboard.
Can you provide more details about the issue you're having? Like which domain provider you're using?
One more thing - you've posted this in the mailbox.org userforums, https://userforum-en.mailbox.org/ This is where users post feature suggestions or broader questions about the website. You might have better, narrow scope responses from mailbox.org representatives at the Support website, https://support.mailbox.org/ where you can open a ticket for Customer support (Though, again, I don't think this is a mailbox.org customer support issue.)
Cheers and Good Luck.

Hi Redfield!
Thank you so much for your insights. It is not really up to date anymore but I couldn't find the thread when I wanted to go back. I ended up spending money for a different solution because I ran out of time :/ But I consider setting it up differently again, so your feedback is much appreciated.
All the best
Anne
