What is the DNS for Mailbox?

I am using Mail Chimp, and it is not allowing me to change my email address to Mailbox address.
The website said I need to "authenticate" the new email address.
1. I need the DNS or CNAME
2. I need a DKIM record.
3. Then I need to create a DMARC record.
Can someone help me know how to do this? I attached 3 screenshots for those steps.

That section is for verifying your own domain, to use email from providers like mailbox, gmail, yahoo or others i think they will have a guide, unfortunately i don't know mailchimp.
