After timing out, Login 2.0 says Im already logged in?

Need Answer

After reading the posts concerning problematic 2FA set up, I decided to enrol in the beta to try out Login 2.0 rather than turning on 2FA as it exists today. I love it. It was ridiculously easy to set up and logging in is a breeze.

However, after it times out, and I log back in, it unfailingly tells me I’m already logged in.

  1. If I’m already logged in, why is it prompting me to log in instead of loading my inbox?
  2. See attached picture. What would be really nice, right here, would be a link to access the inbox, or the inbox autoloading after this screen.

Never encountered this. But that sounds frustrating. Hopefully you were able to reach out to support for a resolution.

If not, the only things I can think of would be 1) clearing all cookies, history, etc in your current browser (or just those related to Mailbox) and trying to log in again 2) logging in with another browser for the first time 3) once in, going to settings>security>active clients and logging out of other active "ghost" sessions that Mailbox has a tendency to keep around 4) turning your ad blocker off/shields down for the updated Beta URL of Mailbox.org if you haven't done so already, and also enabling all site permissions for Mailbox in the browser itself. 5) In basic settings, experiment with the "default app after sign in" drop down menu.

I hope one or more of these helps, assuming you haven't tried all of them yet.
