I have paid a premium and i can't send emails

I have paid a premium and i can't send emails because it says I have a basic account
and it only shows 100 MB on my email account
please I need to use this asap!

Is this a new account? When did you open it, how long ago did you pay? Have you checked that the payment has been processed, it may take a couple of days.

The same for me! And they received the money almost one week ago. How long did you wait till your account was activated? Thanks in advance.

When you said 'they received the money', Do you mean that you made a payment almost a week ago? Or do you mean that the money was credited to your account almost a week ago?


It is normal that it takes about a week to process payment.

If you are not sure, go to settings, account statement. Do you see that the payment has been registered?

If you see that the money has been registered under Account statement, then go to "Add Credit to your Balance' -tab, and see what 'Current contract length until' is. Has your payment been applied to your contract time?

I mean they received the money physically one week ago and the payment is not registered yet.

If it's normal that take one week is all ok, but I think I remember to read it takes only one work day? Maybe mailbox.org should change that process time to a more realistic (and accurate one)?
