Interface is not keyboard accessible

When I try navigating through the mailbox interface using the Tab key, certain interactive elements are unreachable. Notably, the top-right "taskbar" with refresh, help, settings and so on has `role="presentation"` and some of the elements within have `tabindex="-1"`.
This makes the interface unusable for those reliant on keyboard navigation.

Just poking this as it hasn't been acknowledged at all so far, I'd kind of expect it to receive some priority since it's a violation of the upcoming European Accessibility Act.

The new version (Open Xchange App Suite v8) will have (much) better keyboard navigation. Let's hope that's on the (not to distant) horizon as Peer Heinlein has alluded to in other comments
