cannot receive SOME emails from gmail at my custom domain

I have custom domain, everything seems to be configured OK, but sometimes when i'm sending mails from Gmail, there is: "554 5.7.1 Relay access denied."

The strange thing is, I'm sending 2 emails there, once a month (BCC). Both have PDF attached. First email is blocked, second is delivered.

Hello.

In most cases, the error means that the email client used is not authenticated via SMTP.

It is also possible that the DNS settings of the domain are not correct.

Another possibility is incorrectly configured forwarding.

Please check these possibilities and open a support ticket if you cannot solve the problem.

In this case, it is important that you open the ticket promptly after a failed delivery so that we can check our logs, which we only store for 7 days.

I've got this problem today. How to create ticket? I've got other mailbox account with other domain from the same provider that has the same configuration and it works OK.
