Email notifications of appoiment dates by mail in calendar

Hello!!

I have been trying for some time to be reminded of the appointments that I set in the calendar by email and there is no way to be notified... It has never worked, in all types of appointments I have the configuration to notify me with one day and two days prior to the appointment. I hope you can help me as this is a functionality that I really need.
