Issue syncing newly created calendars to clients

When a calendar is created in the web UI it does not sync to the iOS calendar app or Tunderbird with caldav set up, the two default ones do however.
The same problem 
Access denied
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Well it’s decide to sync now just took ages
