Improve View Options in Drive Documents

Problem: Users who want to increase the zoom level within a document can only jump to 150% or 200% + They also have no ability to manually type in their preferred zoom level. Few if any (?) document editors today (local or cloud based, open or closed source) have such archaic, user-unfriendly limitations.

Proposed Solution: Change the standard default zoom options to 25% increments. Allow users to manually type a zoom value within a document if they want more granular control (ie, 139%).
