Etherpad links do not use a fully mobile-friendly view

Here's a sample link:

(You need to remove the [dot] and actually type a dot ".")
The mobile view comes out like this:
The text only starts at about the middle of the page.
The rest of the GUI does seem to be designed for mobiles, so there must be some bug / CSS that plays bad with etherpad + mailbox.

Real-time notifications may not work
It seems thei is actually the TOC, which can be toggle off from the Settings gear down below.
However, that setting does not change the URL, so if you share the link with somebody it looks like in the previous image.
Is there any query param such as TOC=false ?
