External mail account via POP fails

- BETA user
- trying to add 1 (first) external mail account (outlook) to fetch mails
- Error message: "Die maximale Anzahl an Aufträgen ist erreicht" / "Maximum numbers of jobs reached"
Anybody experienced the same issue?
The same problem 
Access denied
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
