Signing out after accessing a shared file, guests get an 'internal error' message

I have a persistent issue that support says they cannot replicate:

When I share a file with a guest, they are able to access it without issue. However, when they sign out they get a blank page with a message '500 Internal Error'.

I have cleared cache, tried different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Brave, Chrome), rebooted, logged out of mailbox.org, tried different networks and different devices. The problem persists, yet support says they can't reproduce the issue and have asked me to submit a log for the second time.

I'll do that, of course, but can others try to reproduce this by sharing a file to a different email from your main email and then, after accessing it, signing out? What do you see after hitting the sign out button? It would be hugely helpful to know if it's just me.

Thank you.

I've been told that they cannot reproduce this error. I would be so grateful if someone could try this out and see it they get an error. Basically:

1. Access Drive

2. Choose a file

3. Select share

4. Access the share link and file

5. Log out of the guest interface

\What happens when you log out? I get get a 500 Internal Error message. I've tried multiple browsers, computers, operating system and all of them result in error message when I log out, but support can't reproduce it so I'm stuck.

Thanks,

Peter
